FillKar is an independent service platform providing form-filling assistance for job applications and related processes. The platform is not affiliated with any government body or recruitment agency.

While there are no age restrictions for using FillKar, minors should obtain parental consent before using our services.

Currently optimized for users in India, international users may utilize our services but are solely responsible for verifying their eligibility for the respective forms they apply through our platform.

Users must ensure all information provided during form submission is accurate, complete, and truthful. Providing false information may lead to application rejection by authorities.

FillKar provides a comprehensive preview of the completed form before final submission. Users are required to carefully review all details before confirmation.

While FillKar offers correction options before final submission, we cannot modify forms after they have been officially submitted to the respective authorities.

Each user is permitted only one account per mobile number. Creating multiple accounts may result in suspension of all associated accounts.

• Form Filling Service Fee: This fee covers the form filling assistance provided by FillKar. It is refundable only if the request for cancellation is raised before form submission.
• Platform Service Fee: This is non-refundable under all circumstances.
• Government Form Fee: This fee is collected on behalf of the official authorities. If a refund is applicable as per the authority's policies, FillKar will process it accordingly.
• Refunds If you're eligible for a refund, you will be automatically credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days after we process your formal refund request through our in-app support system.
• In case of payment failure or double deduction, our support team will resolve the issue within 7–10 business days.

Our AI chatbot provides assistance only and does not store personal data beyond the duration of your chat session, unless explicitly provided by you for service purposes.

User data is protected with industry-standard security measures and is never shared with third parties except as required by law or necessary for service provision.

FillKar does not use AI for automated decision-making regarding job recommendations or auto-filling of forms without user review and approval.

Users may request account deletion by submitting a formal request through our support system. Processing may take up to 15 business days.

FillKar reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent activities, policy violations, or service misuse without prior notice.

FillKar serves as an intermediary service provider and is not responsible for decisions made by the authorities receiving your applications.

Application rejections by official bodies are beyond our control, as authorities base their decisions on their own criteria and regulations.

Users are solely responsible for verifying they meet all eligibility requirements before applying through our platform.

FillKar may periodically update these Terms & Conditions to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Significant changes will be communicated through platform notifications.

Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kota , Rajasthan.
